Here is the step-by-step of how it works:

  • - Adherence to the program that makes the most sense for you.
  • - Filling up a form, where you must describe your health condition but also your specific goals with the private lessons.
  • - Scheduling 4 or 8 Yoga classes included in each program respectively.
  • - Creation of an action plan with specific goals for each lesson.
  • - 4 or 8 Yoga classes by video call, via Zoom, focusing on the physical and mental benefits you want to achieve, described in the form.
  • - Daily support via Whatsapp from the moment we start until the last Yoga lesson of the program.

Every 2 months, there is the need to fill up another short form in order to review your goals and create/adapt your action plan.
